The idea of Monaru was sparked one summer evening in 2018. One of the co-founders was working in the security industry at the time and mentioned how they were struggling to obtain tamper evident bags in Namibia at affordable prices. This was the ‘light bulb’ moment that sparked it all. After months of research, hard work and perseverance, we finally hit our big break amid a global pandemic in 2020.
